Michelle has been dancing for 18 years. She graduated from Vermilion Catholic and Dance Connection in 2012. During her time at VC, she was on the Eagleline dance team for 4 years and served as captain/co-captain and was an All-American. She is currently the Head Dance Team Coach for VC and also works with both dance teams at North Vermilion High School. She has attended numerous conventions to further her dance education, attended competitions, and received multiple awards and scholarships. She was a part of the elite competition team and competed as a soloist for 4 years. Michelle is a student at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and was also a member of the ULL Ragin' Jazz dance team where she has competed at the collegiate level nationally.
Michelle assisted as a student for several years with the staff and has recently started teaching/assisting at Dance Connection. She hopes to be able to share her passion for dance and be able to teach her students how to work hard and achieve their goals through dance.
